Wholesale Inquiries

• If you are a retailer and interested in working with us, we would be pleased to establish a partnership! At Fazenda São Miguel, we cultivate our products with care and dedication, and we want you to bring them to your point of sale with confidence, quality, and good results.

How it works

• Send us a message or fill out the wholesale form with your information (company name, CNPJ/state registration, address, store or e-commerce profile) and a brief presentation of your business.

• We will respond as quickly as possible with our catalog of products available for wholesale, prices, minimum order conditions, and delivery times.

• After partnership approval, we will define together the details of the initial order, delivery, and payment.

Commercial Policy – ​​Wholesale Conditions

To ensure transparency, efficiency, and a good partnership for both parties, we have established some clear guidelines for wholesale sales:

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• The initial order must have a minimum number of units or a minimum value in R$ (Brazilian Real) for us to operate under wholesale conditions.

• For future reorders, the minimum may be reduced, depending on volume and frequency, always respecting predefined quantities per box or package.

Prices and Margin

• We will provide a special wholesale price — always calculated taking into account our costs and the need for you to be able to resell with a good margin. (According to best wholesale practices, having a margin for the retailer is fundamental. Square+1)

• We suggest that the retailer set the consumer selling price in a way that maintains the perceived quality of the product.

• We can, if necessary, indicate a suggested resale price or recommended margin, always respecting the retailer's freedom.

 

Payment and Delivery

• Advance payment or cash payment for the first order. For regular partners with a good track record, we can evaluate different conditions.

• Shipping according to schedule: after order confirmation, payment and logistics agreement, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time.

• Shipping and logistics: the retailer or partner is responsible for the transportation cost, unless specifically negotiated.

 

Returns and Quality

• We rigorously check the quality before shipping, but if there is any problem (damaged or different product), check our "Delivery, Exchanges and Returns Policy" to know how to proceed.

• Returns due to stagnant stock or lack of sales are usually not accepted.

Sales Channels and Brand Image

• We request that Fazenda São Miguel products be sold in environments that highlight their origin and quality.

• Promotions, discounts, and sales must be agreed upon in advance to maintain brand value and avoid product devaluation, as well as confirmation of available stock to fulfill large orders.

• We reserve the right to review the partnership conditions over time (purchase volume, sales performance, frequency, relationship).
