SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Scope

This policy applies to orders placed on the Fazenda São Miguel website and for delivery to the consumer, as well as requests for exchange or return of purchased products.

 

2. Delivery

 

2.1 Delivery times and locations

Products are prepared for shipment or local delivery as soon as payment is approved (or another form of payment is confirmed).

The estimated delivery time will be informed at the time of purchase, considering the type of product, volume, delivery address and stock availability.

Fazenda São Miguel delivers to Areado, Alteroso, Cavaco, Conceição da Aparecida, Nova Resende, Carmo do Rio Claro and Alpinópolis. For addresses outside this area, shipping may be calculated separately or not available.

 

2.2 Time, packaging and verification

Deliveries are made on business days, at the estimated time informed or according to prior scheduling.

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the packaging: if it is damaged, tampered with, or if the product does not match the order, the customer must refuse delivery or inform the delivery person and take a photo or provide evidence.

If the delivery is accepted, it is recommended to keep the receipt or proof of delivery sent by the farm.

 

2.3 Shipping

The shipping cost will be informed at the time of purchase, based on the product, weight, address, and delivery method.

Free shipping promotions or discounted rates may be offered and will be indicated on the website or on the purchase page.

 

2.4 Delivery Attempts

If delivery is not possible due to the absence of the customer or an authorized person, or due to an error in the address provided, a new attempt may be made or the shipment may be returned to the farm. In these cases, additional fees may apply or the delivery may be canceled after notification to the customer.

 

3. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

For purchases made online, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Law No. 8.078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code) and Decree No. 7.962/2013.

To request a return due to buyer's remorse, the customer must contact the farm via email or telephone as indicated on the website, indicating the order and reason for withdrawal, and follow the return instructions.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and may have to be returned by the customer or collected, as determined by the farm.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be made in the same payment method used by the customer, or another agreed-upon method.

Return costs may or may not be the responsibility of the farm, as previously informed. It is recommended that these costs be clearly stated.

 

4. Exchanges

 

4.1 Exchanges due to defects or damage

If the product presents a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, the customer may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) days of receipt (for non-durable products) or up to 90 (ninety) days for durable products, according to the Consumer Protection Code.

The customer must report the defect or damage immediately, preferably by email, informing the order number, photos or videos of the problem.

Fazenda São Miguel will replace the product, or if unavailable, will offer credit, voucher or refund. The shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to defects will be borne by the farm, unless otherwise agreed.

 

4.2 Exchanges due to dissatisfaction or other reasons

Exchanges for reasons such as different flavor, quantity or model will only be accepted if expressly approved by the farm.

In these cases of exchange, the cost policy will be the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for acceptance include: product intact, in original packaging, without signs of use or alteration.

 

4.3 Exchange Procedure

The customer must contact the farm providing the order details and the exchange request.

The farm will authorize the exchange, inform the procedure for sending the product or collection, and the shipment of the replacement product will be carried out after confirmation that the original product has arrived or its shipment has been authorized.

The new shipment may involve a new shipping cost or an option already informed to the customer.

 

5. Exclusions and Restrictions

Products made to order or personalized, or with a specific preparation time, may have special exchange and return conditions.

Perishable products, which cannot be reused, are subject to specific rules for exchange or non-acceptance of returns, except in case of defect or inadequate transport.

The farm may refuse exchanges or returns if the product is not in the established conditions (use, original packaging, missing accessories, etc.).

Requests will be analyzed within 10 business days, and we will inform the client of the result and next steps.

 

7. Policy Changes

This policy may be revised and changed at any time, with the current version being the one available on the farm's website at the time of purchase. Any changes will be valid from the date of publication of the new version.

 

8. Validity

Valid from the date of publication on the website: 01/09/2025.

For orders placed prior to the new version, the policy in effect at that time applies.
